Kvasac rastopite u mlakoj vodi i mlijeku, a zatim ga umiješajte u &#8532; ukupne kolicine brašna te dodajte margarin ili ulje i sol.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Sastojke miješajte elektricnom miješalicom (spiralni nastavci) š0-ak minuta, dok ne dobijete homogeno mekano tijesto. Smjesu ostavite dizati na toplom mjestu dok se volumen ne udvostruci.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3. U dignuto tijesto dodajte ostatak brašna, ponovno promiješajte i stavite u uljem namazan duguljasti kalup. Tijesto u kalupu izravnajte mokrom rukom, premažite uljem, pokrijte krpom i pustite da se ponovno diže.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4.
