Zagrijte vodu i stavite kuhati tjesteninu.<br><br>2. U međuvremenu u manjoj posudi pomiješajte 5 žlicica brašna i temeljac. Ostatak brašna stavite u plitki tanjur.<br><br>3. Piletinu posolite i popaprite i uvaljajte u brašno. U tavi zagrijte ulje i pecite piletinu dok ne dobije zlatnu boju. Izvadite iz tave i držite na toplom.<br><br>4. Zagrijte još malo ulja i pržite gljive 5 minuta. Izvadite gljive iz tave.<br><br>5. U tavu dodajte cešnjak i vino te držite na vatri 2 minute. Dodajte temeljac, limunov sok i malo soli. Držite na vatri uz miješanje 5 minuta.<br><br>6.
