A kako sam vegetarijanka, i jedan od važnijih... <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> <br><br>Znaci, po tome, mlijeko mi može otežati topljenje masti?? <br></td></tr></table> <br><br>Ako ti je cilj definicija tj skidanje sala, bilo bi bolje ogranicit unos mlijeka i mlijecnih proizvoda (posni sir je izuzetak), ako mlijeko piješ iza treninga tj. kao PWM to bi vec moglo proc (cokoladno mlijeko) ali opet whey+dex+VODA bi bila najbolja opcija.<br><br>Navecer mlijeko nije preporucljivo, može proci u jutro uz zobene.<br><br>Dok s druge strane osobe koje su ektomorfi (osobe koje teško dobivaju na težini) ako dobro podnose laktozu, mlijeko mogu pit malte ne u neogranicenim kolicinama.<br>]]>
