    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2767<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 16:11<br /><br />&nbsp;Evo jednog odlicnog recepta sa lososom, koji je meni licno najbolja i najukusnija riba-ujedno ima odlicne nutritivne vrijednosti: malo kalorija a puno visokokvalitetnih proteina i omega-3-masnih kiselina.<br><br>Dakle uzmu se obicne filete lososa, tanko narezu na dugacke komade&nbsp; poslazu u tepsiju i zaliju sljedecom marinadom:<br><br>iscjedi se sok 5 limuna<br>nasjecka se na sasvim male komadice š5 badema<br>isjecka se par glavica saransaka<br>isto tako nasjcekati malo luka<br>staviti malo papra<br>malo soli<br>malo crvene paprike<br>malo maslinovog ulja (par kapi)<br>pola kasike vrhnja za kuhanje<br>malo persina i mrkve<br><br>Dakle, to se sve pomjesa, zaliju se filete u tepsiji, ostavi se 20-ak minuta da upiju vecinu soka i onda se pece na 220 stepeni 20-25 minuta...<br><br>MA FANTASTICNO ISPADNU <br><br>Dobar tek :D<br>]]>
