Jedino što predlažu je stajati na njemu š0ak minuta i raditi lagane cucnjeve. Da li netko zna kakve vježbe koje bih mogla raditi na power plateu? Strah me raditi nešto na svoju ruku a i slušati osobe koje ocito nisu strucne.</span>]]>

Može se samo iskoristiti kao energija.<br><br>Znaci to salo na rukama ti se nece pretvorit u mišice, tj ne postoji nikakva šansa.<br>Riješenje: sredi prehranu, par crobnih treninga, kvalitetan program cijelog tijela i upornost.<br>Nitko nije savršen, znaci svatko ima neke nedostatke i s tim se treba pomirit.Ako si mršava i imaš sala na nadlakticama, vjerovatno je stvar genetike.<br><br>što se tice guze, udri po mrtvom s ravnim nogama,cucnjevima i iskoracima, ako ti to ne podigne guzu, onda nece ništa drugo.<br>]]>
