    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 274<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2007 at 20:21<br /><br />&nbsp;<strong>Istrazivanje americkih znanstvenika sPrinceton University je pokazalo kako jogging u drustvu ima pozitivanucinak na mozak trkaca.</strong><br><br>Rezultati studije objavljeni u casopisu Nature Neuroscience ukazuju nato da socijalni kontakt ponistava negativan ucinak kojeg tjelovjezbamoze imati na mozak.<br><br>Vecje poznato da jogging povisuje razinu hormona stresa kortikosteronakoji moze reducirati neurogenezu, proces stvaranja novih stanica mozga. <p align="justify">Ipak,trcanje ima i pozitivan ucinak na mozak: moze popraviti snalazenje uprostoru te unaprijediti komunikaciju izmedju neurona. </p><p align="justify">Unovom istrazivanju provedenom na misevima je utvrdjeno kako samo trcanjeu grupi pozitivno utjece na stvaranje neurona, dok je negativan ucinakhormona stresa bio prisutan samo kod zivotinja koje su trcalesamostalno. </p><p align="justify">Na temelju ranije provedenih istrazivanja strucnjaci preporucuju tjelovjezbu kao kljucan cimbenik u prevenciji demencije. <br></p><br><p align="justify">Zanimljiva studija, a i zanimljivije je trcati u dvoje jer se tada nastoji trcati brze i biti bolji od ovog drugog s cime se uvijek izvuce vise iz sebe nego kada sam trcis!<br></p><br>]]>
