    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2739<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 11:07<br /><br />Recept kod Ane: <b>Brancin s đumbirom i mladim lukom<br><br></b>Ovaj recept je Ana Ugarkovic pripremala.<b><br><br>Sastojci:<br></b>4 ocišcena Cromaris brancina od oko 300g svaki<br>š vezica mladog luka<br>3 cm svježeg đumbira<br>4 žlice light soja umaka<br>š/2 žlice šecera<br>š žlica maslinovog ulja<br><br>suncokretovo ulje<br>sol<br>š/2 žlicice smeđeg šecera<br>š žlica soja umaka<br>š žlica oyster umaka (može se nabaviti u "Leko" trgovinama, DOlac i Mesnicka)<br>svježe mljeveni bijeli papar<br>š žlicica sezamovog ulja<br>2 žlice vina od riže ili vermuta<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema:</span><br>Nasjeckati mladi luk na trakice. Prvo rezati bijeli dio mladog luka, a kasnije zeleni.<br>Ocistiti đumbir i narezati ga na tanke trakice.<br><br>Brancine posoliti, položiti na pladanj, posuti lukom i đumbirom. Zaliti s malo soja umaka. Staviti tu manju tepsiju u vecu, napunjenu vodom, prekriti folijom i staviti u pecnicu na 200C oko 20min.<br><br>Za rezance (može i riža) također narezati malo đumbira i mladog luka, š režanj cešnjaka.<br>Napraviti smjesu od rižinog vina (ako nemate, može vermut), soja sosa, ulja od sezama i smeđeg šecera. U to dodati malo ljute papricice.<br>Zagrijati wok i na suncokretovom ulju pirjati luk i đumbir nekoliko minuta. Rezance skuhane ubaciti na taj luk. Zaliti umakom koji ste prethodno pripremili. Dodati i pileceg temeljca. Pirjati dok tekucina ne ispari. Posuti nasjeckanim peršinom.<br><br>Zagrijati maslinovo ulje i preliti preko ribe.
