Malo sam u strci sa vremenom, ne stignem pisati, uglavnom sa Ti, molit cu lijepo :) Ako sam rodila ne znaci da sam stara <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> !<br /><br />Gym_girl, razlika u prehrani je velika i nije velika...da ne filozofiram, postoji određeni vremenski period od recimo 2-3 mjeseci u kojem se otprilike hranim ovako kako sam gore navela, ne mogu reci da ne postoji dana kad ne ubacim u sebe i više nego bi trebalo. Mislim da je stvar u vježbi, trebala bih povecati, a sa vremenom sam na knap!<br />Uglavnom, prosvjetlili ste me, postoji mnogo stvari koje ja ne znam!]]>

Istina, moguce je smršaviti i bez vježbe, dakle samo sa smanjenim unosom kalorija ali pitanje je onda što ustvari gubimo. Najcešce se tako dovedemo do stanja preživljavanja na minimumu kalorija gdje se tijelo pocne borit da zadrži što je više moguce energije. Tako, što smo više na tom kalorijski niskom režimu, uz masne naslage gubimo i mišice, tu negdje u istom omjeru. Na kraju se desi to da, uz manje kg na vagi, izgubimo puno mišicne mase što nam uspori metabolizam i stvara jako dobru podlogu da sve vratimo nazad - i to u obliku novih masnih naslaga. Povrce ima negativne kalorije (dakle, tijelo više troši na sam proces probave nego što ono ima kalorija, time se te kalorije gube na toplinu), visok termicki efekt (povrce i proteini imaju najviši termicki efekt jer tijelo najviše troši energije za njihovu probavu i apsorpciju)&nbsp;i zasitno je zbog vlakana i kao takvo idealan izbor za skidanje kg. Bilo bi dobro si izracunat ukupan potreban dnevni unos kalorija i taj unos smanjit za najviše 20%, sve ostalo je previše i usporava metabolizam. Sve to zahtijeva malo igranja sa kalorijama i komplikacije oko hrane&nbsp;ali kad ta pažnja&nbsp;prijeđe u naviku nema šanse da se vratite na staro ;)</P><P>Nakon toga povecat aktivnosti. Neka vam to bude uvijek ispred rezanja hrane. Više jedite i više se trošite!
