    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3489">karategirl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2716<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 17:53<br /><br />&nbsp;...pa prije ozljede sam se normalno hranila...za dorucak pahuljice(žitarice),rucak malo mesa krumpira i tako..a za veceru bi si neku salaticu napravila i još bi tjekom dana voca pojela..a onda kad sam se ozljedila sam samo ležala i nisam se kretala a 2 tjedna nisam ni u školu išla..pa sam jela samo slatkiše i pizzu i tako..i sad sam se pocela kretat i sve al kilogrami nejdu dolje..hodam ja sad i sve...samo boli pa malo slabije a i treninga sam se ostavila...prehranu sam vratila staru al mi je vec mjesec dana kilaža ista...sad neznam šta da promijenim,,]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3489">karategirl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2716<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 19:55<br /><br />&nbsp;..ovako..kad sam došla na forum imala sam 67 kg..i pocela sam se zdravo hranit i sve iskinula sam na 62 kg..ali nakon 2 mjeseca istegnula sam neke ligamente i popucalo mi nešto pa sam dobila langetu..i prestala sam trenirat košarku jer sad ima još mjesec i pol do kraja sezone pa cu se upisatna pocetku školske godine..u mjesec dana došla sam opet na 67 i sad sam skinula dvije kile al težina mi se nece mijenjat..vec mjesec dana isto 65...kako da kile idu još dolje a stim da nesmijem previše trcat i to jer mi je doktor zabranio...<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0">]]>
