Sve što se radi s utezima iznad ramena nastoj izbjegavat.<br>Također kod vježbanja lumbalnog dijela leđa izbjegavaj hiperekstanziju. Progooglaj pa ceš naci jako zanimljivih vježbica za leđa koje se rade na podu&nbsp; i bezopasne su.<br>]]>

A ta neujednacena razvijenost je preduslov za skoliozu..<br><br>A znate zasto nastaje neujednacena razvijenost - zbog teretane!<br>Nejednake tezine i sl.<br>]]>

Tteretana i vježbanje svakako da, ali treba paziiti na par stavri koje ne bi trebala i treneri ce ti to znati reci.]]>
