Prehranom ces postici to da mrsas. Jos kad bi uz to ubacio kardio treninge ,bilo bi odlicno. Btw. tvoj navod&nbsp;ALI MENI JE OSNOVNI MOTIV DA SMANJIM NOGE ,asocira me na to da ti zelis da ti smrsave&nbsp;samo noge-ali s zdravom&nbsp;prehranom (cijelo tvoje tijelo reagira na nju pa nije moguce da noge samo smrsave a gornji dio ostane isti) isto to se odnosi i na kardio vjezbe. ]]>

Trcat ne mogu jer bas nemam vremena za to..ali ME NAJVISE zanima kako da smanjim obujam nogu...tj.bedara...trenirao sam rukomet pa po tome imam jake noge..ali je problem sto traperice moram kupovat npr 40/34 samo zato sto imam jake noge...pa me zanima kako da ih "smanjim"...hvala unaprijed!!</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=25">Slyster12</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 27<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2006 at 15:46<br /><br />Ovako.<br />kada covjek terorizira tijelo gladovanjem i neredovitim obrocima organizam stvara masne zalihe tako da bi se zaatitio od eventualnog manjka energije (koja je potrebna za osnovne funkcije poput razmialjanja,disanja i kucanja srca).<br />ono ato si rekao o hrani da se ne bi smjelo raditi podjelu na dobru i loau.Trebalo bi,jer je stanje upravo tako.Postoji funkcionalna hrana i nefunkcionalna hrana.<br />Ljudi bi trebali izbaciti junk food BEZ OBZIRA na sport kojim se bavili jer postoje puno zdravije alternative DOSTUPNE u svim ducanima.<br />Dakle kazati da osobe koje tele zdravijem livotu a ne vrhunskim rezultatima mogu jesti smece od hrane puno masti,ccera i aditiva je zapravo apsurd jel tako.<br />Moderator ima pravo u ovome.<br />Ja nikome nisam preporucio da si naravi relim prehrane kao svoj i da podvrgne tijelo tome stresu ali da sam protiv "ukusne" a u isto vrijeme atetne hrane...jesam.<br />Usporedivanje bulimije (povracanje nakon BILO CEGA POJEDENOG) i Anoreksije (ODBIJANJE SVE HRANE) jednostavno nije u skladu sa ovom raspravom i primjerom koji sam dao.<br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Slysterš2</span>]]>
