   <title>Piletina u sosu :  Ovo je jedan od mojih omiljenih...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2699<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 20:36<br /><br />Ovo je jedan od mojih omiljenih recepta.<br>Treba otprilike 40 min za pripremanje, znaci ide super brzo s obzirom kako se dobar obrok dobije, mogu se napraviti i vece kolicine:<br><br>š.Tepsiju pouljiti sa minimalno ulja ( ja uzimam maslinovo ulje), samo toliko da se zacakli dno<br>2. pileca prsa izrezati na tanje filete<br>3. filete se poslazu u tepsiju i na svaku se stavi malo vegete<br>4. na male komadice isjeckati mrkvu,saransak i luk i staviti u mjeru od pola casice niskomasnog jogurta i time premezati filete<br>5. Na 220 stepeni peci š5 min, okrenuti filete, peci na drugoj strani š5 min<br>6. kad se ispeku, preliti sa sljedecim sosom: u niskomasni jogurt se stavi malo maslinovog ulja, nasjecka se saransaka, stavi se malo sjemeni lana,suncokreta i malo psenicnih mekinja (mljeveno psenicno sjeme)<br><br><br>Ispadnu ODLICNE !!!!<br>Ovo je preukusno, ko jednom proba, pozeljet ce i drugi i deseti put to pojesti :)<br>Uz to hrpa zelene salate i ja sam na sedmom nebu<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by tare</span>]]>
