Bar 5 min prije trcanja i istezi si misice tako sto ces ih istezati kratko. Npr, kod prebacivanja tezine s jedne na krugu nogu.~</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Uh, al sam sad to objasnila. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"></FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Uglavnom, na kraju vjezbanja se istezes tako da zadrzis jedan polozaj neko duze vrijeme tako da skroz opustis miaic.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>E, a onda na pocetku se istezes isto tko, ali u skroz kratkim intervalima.
