    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2937">Deni</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2682<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 12:14<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Umjesto oslica možete staviti bilo koju drugu vrstu filetirane ribe.<br></span><br><span style="font-weight: bold; text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci:</span><br><ul><li>800 g fileta oslica</li><li>đumbirov korijen </li><li>4 mlada luka</li><li>peršin</li><li>sol, papar</li><li>š žlica smeđeg šecera</li><li>2 velike žlice pinjola</li><li>2 velike žlice maslaca</li><li>š žlica vode</li></ul><span style="font-weight: bold;">Priprema:</span><br><br>Mladi luk ocistite i nasjeckajte. Isto ucinite s peršinom, a đumbir ogulite i naribajte. Sve te stastojke pomiješajte u zdjeli i dodajte šecer, pinjole i š žlicu vode te stavite sa strane.<p>U međuvremenu oslic operite, posušite papirnatim ubrusom te ga zacinite solju i paprom. Uzmite foliju, otrgnite toliko komada koliko ima odrezaka oslica, i to u formatu 20x20 cm. Na svaki komad folije stavite oslic, prelijte zacinima, a na vrh stavite malo maslaca. Presavinite foliju preko svega, da se napravi mali paketic te stavite peci u zagrijanu pecnicu na 200 stupnjeva oko 20-ak minuta.</p><p>Oslic ce biti još ukusniji, ako ga ispecete na roštilju.
