(radiš neku vježbu i ponavljaš izvođenje š0 puta i staneš - to je serija)<br><br>Visoki skip je trcanje na mjestu s visoko podignutim koljenima / nogama<br><br><b>Sklopke</b> se izvode tako da legneš na leđa s rukama ispruženim iznad glave i &#82šš; sklopiš se.
