Posto sam <br />oduvijek trenirao nesto(tada nista)bilo mi je zao mojih <br />godina te skembe koja visi. Mislio sam si pa zasto ja <br />nebih imao savrsenu figuru u svojim 20-im godinama. Ima <br />vremena za pivsku te ostalo sto dolazi sa njom. Tako da  <br />mi je palo napamet trcanje oko jaruna. No najteze je <br />poceti... Znao sam ja i prije toga trcati. No to uvijek <br />nakraju zavrsi sa tim danom te prokljinjanjem sebe sto <br />sam uopce isao. Tako da mi je pao jedan system <br />napamet.Dogovorio sam se sa prijateljem, tj pala je <br />oklada. Trcat cemo zajedno 3x tjedno oko jaruna obojica <br />ulažuci tjedno po š0kn. Tko prvi odustane gubi pare :))To <br />mi je stvarno bila prekretnica u mome nacinu zivota. <br />Prije sam uvijek morao nagovarat frendove da idu trcat <br />samnom ;S Trenutacno je ta oklada zavrsena(mojom <br />pobjedom). No ja sam time izasao kao dupli pobjednik. Ne <br />samo da sam osvojio novac nego i ja bih rekao zavidnu <br />formu. Sada trcim 5-6x tjedno po 7-š4 km i nevidim si <br />kraja. Tako da svima preporucujem ovaj nacin treninga. <br />Ustvari tako mozete zapoceti bilo kakav trening ;) Ako <br />koga zanima nesto detaljnije neka se javi na pm. Imam <br />detaljna pravila koja smo prijatelj i ja slozili za taj <br />nacin treninga. Pozz<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by MII2o</span>]]>
