    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2656<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 22:47<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Palacinke punjene pilecim mesom i gljivama</span> (R)<br><br>Ovo više preferiram za ekipu koja je na masi ili održava kilažu.. i koja se ne libi malo više kalorija unijeti tijekom rucka. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br><a href="http://img52.imageshack.us/i/punjenepalacinke.jpg/" target="_blank" target="_blank"><img src="http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/613/punjenepalacinke.jpg" border="0"></a><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Sastojci</span>:<br><br>4 porcije<br><br>za palacinke<br>š mala kemijski netretirana naranca<br>š50 g glatkog brašna<br>3 jaja, &#š89; žlice soli<br>š0 grancica timijana<br>50 g rastopljenog maslaca<br>375 ml mlijeka<br>maslac ili ulje za prženje<br><br>za nadjev<br>5 komada proljetnog mladog luka<br>250 g šampinjona<br>2 žlice soka od limuna<br>500 g pileceg mesa<br>2 žlice ulja, sol i papar<br>200 g kiselog vrhnja<span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;"></span><br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema</span>:<br>š Narancu u vrucoj vodi oprati i obrisati. Koru naribati, sok ocijediti i spremiti ga sa strane za pripremu nadjeva. Razmutiti jaja, brašno, narancinu koricu, sol i listice od dvije grancice timijana. Naizmjence dodavati rastopljeni maslac i mlijeko sve dok tijesto ne postane polutekuce i bez grudica. Pokriti ga i ostaviti da 30 minuta miruje.<br><br>2 Proljetni mladi luk ocistiti, oprati i narezati ga na tanke kolutice. Gljive ocistiti, obrisati vlažnom krpicom te ih narezati na tanke ploškice i odmah pokapati limunovim sokom.<br><br>3 Pileca prsa narezati na trakice. Zagrijati jednu žlicu ulja te na njemu brzo popržiti meso sa svih strana. Posoliti ga, izvaditi s tave i spremiti sa strane. Preostalo ulje zagrijati i na njemu naglo propržiti gljive 5 minuta. Nakon 3 minute dodati proljetni mladi luk. Na kraju umiješati pilece meso i nadjev dovršiti prema uputstvu desno.<br><br>4 Na vrucoj masnoci ispeci 8 palacinki, napuniti ih i poslužiti. <br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Hranidbena vrijednost jedne porcije</span>:<br>450 kcal/š700 kJ<br>22 g bjelancevina<br>27 g masti<br>28 g ugljikohidrata<br><br>Izvor:imp.hr<br><br>Ako slijedi trening cca. 2-3h poslije ovakvog rucka, ovo ne bi trebao biti neki problem.
