    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3566">lady_namine</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2620<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 14:58<br /><br />&nbsp;pa mislila sam da 2-3 minute kuvas samo donji dio,pa onda nastavis dalje sa kuvanjem.<br>ako ih kuvas prekratko,donji dio ostane drvenast,ako predugo,gornji dio se raspadne.<br><br>zato ig prije pokupis fino u buket i povezes gumicom i onda kuvas samo donju polovicu sparoga,nakon 2-3 minute skines gumicu i nastavis dalje da ih kuvas citave.<br><br>ili ako ih vec stavljas u rernu u neki sos,onda skuvas malo samo taj donji dio,a ostatak se onda ispece u rerni bez da se raspadne<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2987">chaxy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2620<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 09:33<br /><br /><strong>Za 2 osobe:</strong><br />500 g pileceg filea<br />š6 šparoga <br />š6 cherry rajcica<br />Ružmarin<br />Kopar<br />Majcina dušica<br />Peršin<br />Maslinovo ulje<br />Prošek ili bijelo vino<br />Par kapi limunova soka<br />Sol i papar<br /><br />š) Pecnicu ugrijte na 200°C.<br />2) šparogama odstranite donji tvrdi dio, a cherry rajcice razrežite na pola.<br />3) U jednu zdjelu stavite pileci file, rajcice, šparoge, pospite željenom kolicinom zacina, dodajte malo maslinova ulja i prošeka/bijelog vina i par kapi limunova soka.<br />4) Posolite i popaprite pa sve dobro izmiješajte<br />5) Uzmite komad aluminijske folije pa u njega stavite prvo povrce pa zatim pileca prsa preko i sve prelijte mješainom ulja i vina. Zamotajte foliju tako da na vrhu ostane cca 5 cm otvora i tako sve zajedno stavite u pleh.<br />6) Pecite 30-40 min.<br /><br />PS: Možete gotovo jelo preliti i s Acetom balsamicom.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/eat.gif" border="0"> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by chaxy</span>]]>
