Predlažemo marinirani pileci file, ukusno jelo za koje vam treba jako malo vremena, a zasitit ce i one najprobirljivije. Kao prilog možete poslužiti umak, krumpir ili povrce, svježe ili kuhano.<br><br>Sastojci:<br><br>4 pileca filea<br>maslinovo ulje<br>limun<br>lovor<br>sol, papar<br>ljuta papricica po izboru<br><br><span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">Priprema:</span><br><br>Piletinu operite, posušite i stavite na 20 minuta u marinadu koju ste napravili miješajuci 6 žlica maslinovog ulja, sok od pola limuna, sol i papar.<br><br>Ako ste ljubitelj ljutog, u marinadu dodajte zdrobljenu ljutu papricicu.<br>Nakon stajanja u marinadi, izvadite meso, na svaki komad stavite po dva kolutica limuna i lovorov list, pa sve uvežite kuhinjskim koncem.<br><br>File pržite na grill tavi ili roštilju po 6 minuta sa svake strane, okrecuci ih i premazujuci marinadom.<br>Meso poslužite uz umak od vrhnja, svježu rajcicu ili kratko kuhano povrce.<br><br>FITovci, dobar tek! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
