Onaj tko to uspije svakako mu treba odati priznanje i nije istina da jedan te isti program vrijedi za sve ljude!<br><br>Svatko mora pronaci one vjezbe, serije, pauze, vrijeme kontrakcije i ponavljanja koja njemu odgovaraju (kako vidite puno je parametara u igri), a u konacnici cilj je <span style="font-weight: bold;">stimulirati listove a ne ih satrti ogromnim kilazama</span>!<br>]]>
