Kad luk omekša, dodajte kadulju i mrkvu koju ste prethodno narezali na tanke kolutice.<br><br>Neka se kuha na laganoj vatri dok mrkva ne omekša. Zatim dodajte dvije žlice vrhnja za kuhanje i meso koje ste prethodno popržili na maslinovom ulju. Kuhajte još nekoliko minuta na laganoj vatri, pa servirajte.<br><br>Sastojci:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 400 g purecih prsa<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 2 mrkve<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * luk<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š00 ml povrtne juhe<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * vrhnje za kuhanje<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * š0 oraha<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * 6 listova kadulje<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; * mlijeko<br><br>Enjoy! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
