    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4308">pep1</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2587<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 10:24<br /><br />&nbsp;pozdrav<br>poceo sam prije nekih mjesec dana ici malo u teretanu, po dva puta tjedno, uglavnom kruzni trening.. uz trcanje š put tjedno.. inace se intenzinvno bavim ronjenjem na dah u razdoblju od 5-šš mjeseca..<br>imam š80cm i 65kg i nikad nisam imao variranja u kilazi.. htio bih povecati malo kilazu pa me zanima koje dodatke prehrani mogu koristit uz ovakve aktivnosti..?<br>vec sam dobio preporuku da uzimam ugljikohidrate pomijesane sa mlijekom.. ali vidim po forumima da se uglavnom proteinski napitci spominju..<br><br>trebalo bi mi nesto da mogu nakon ronjenja od nekih 4-5 sati, za vrijeme kojeg se bas i ne jede, mozda neki keksi i banane, popiti neki suplement koji ce mi sprijeciti organizam da katabolira sljedecih sat ipo, jer mi toliko treba dok dodjem doma, spremim opremu i nesto konkretno pojedem..<br>eto.. nadam se pomoci..<br>]]>
