Idem u teretanu 6-7 mjeseci. Radim sve vjezbe po 4 serije iš0-š2 ponavljanja i trcim na traci š5-20 minuta, ali nikako nemam cvrsto tijelo. Najveci problem su mi prsa. Nekako su prenapuhana ipreopustena, da ne kazem "mlohava". Sto se prsa tice radim ravni benchmax 80 kg, leptir i razvlacenje na ravnoj klupi. Mozete li mi reci kakvevjezbe da radim za definiciju? Kakve vjezbe da radim za prsa, a da nebudu prenapuhana i prenabildana, odnosno da budu približno kao na ovojslici :).
