Znate ono ta ide oko prsa (iliti ispod sisa  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ) i imate sat na ruci i mjeri vam puls, e sad... Mene zanima koji je najveci, a da je u granicama normale, puls za ene?<br /><br />Meni se zna popeti i do 90 otkucaja u minuti, ali onda moram stati tj. tijelo mi ne moe vie... Neki "normalan" puls za vrijeme vjebanja mi je oko 80 otkucaja u minuti, pa me zanima da li je to normalno ili je to ipak previe i da li bi trebala smanjiti napore? <br /><br />Hvala na odgvorima  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>
