I onda misle da ce ih treningom još više povecat,&nbsp; a događa&nbsp;se&nbsp;upravo&nbsp;suprotno - kako si i sama rekla! Ko misli da ima jake i mišicave noge, neka sjedne na neku od sprava za noge i testira koliko može dignut - ako zapnete na nekoj sitnoj kilaži, sigurno se ne radi&nbsp;o mišicima :)</P><P>Naravno da ce se mršavici povecat obujam jer ona nema masnog tkiva pa ce se mišic jace izrazit&nbsp;- ali to povecanje sigurno nece biti toliko da to bude previše jer bi za to trebali puno jaci treninzi, i ne samo to,&nbsp;a malo je cura koje stvarno rade ozbiljno..</P><P>Znaci...utezi+kardio definitivno dobitna kombinacija - govorim iz osobnog iskustva ;)</P><P>&nbsp;</P>&nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl</span>]]>

Oblikovane su, vide se one lijepe crte(osim tamo gdje smeta još<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0">) i zapravo se NE POVEcAVA obujam nogu mišicnom masom, ako pocinješ vježbati sa viškom masnoce.<br><br>Ako si mršavica totalna i ojacavaš tijelo, onda ce se malo povecati. To ce biti mali kontrast i izgledat ce lijepo.<br><br>Dakle, ako sad imaš višak masnoce oko nogu i stražnjice, ojacani mišici ce ti pomoci da se tog sala rješiš (kvadricepsi su najveci potrošaci!!!!!!!!) i noge budu i izgledaju tanje i cvrste i lijepe.<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>]]>
