    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1698">jole00</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2539<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2010 at 16:12<br /><br />mi smo ti na treningu prije (nogomet) imali trcanje srednjim tempom od jednog kraja terena do drugog,i u to su bile ubacene vježbe: sklekovi,trbušnjaci,cucnjevi,leđnjaci,kolutovi,kratki sprint naprijed/nazad/u stranu,bekovski i tak..to je sve skupa trajalo nekih š5min,s tim da svakih 30tak sek radiš š0tak ponavljanja vježbe..i to nam je bilo za zagrijavanje samo  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Jutros, sat vremena poslije jakog dorucka sam ga odradio i poprilicno dobar trening, iscrpi poprilicno, 20-25 minuta je stvarno dosta...<br>ja sam ga radio na sljedeci nacin: dvije minute trcanje srednjeg intenziteta, š8 sklekova, i onda izmedju svake vjezbe isto tako dvije minute trcanja, a vjezbe su bile:<br>na pocetku dakle š8 sklekova<br>20 dubokih cucnjeva<br>20 puta visoki poskok (noge uz prsa)<br>š2 puta kombinacija sklek-cucanj-skok<br>š5 puta iskorak na jednu nogu<br><br><br>Jedno mi je nejasno: ovo je prakticno kombinacija ancrobnih vjezbi snage i crobne vjezbe(trcanje). Zar nije pravilo da se to dvoje odvaja?<br><br>Jel ko od vas radio ovaj trening i sta mislite o njemu?<br><br>Hvala<br>]]>
