    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=50">emilio</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 251<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2007 at 06:23<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;INTERVALNI TRENING-------STEPER-- mnogo popularna sprava&nbsp; jer pored sagorijevanja masti pomaze dosta u jacanju snage i izdrzljivosti misica.....dosta je naporan i zahtjevan jer se ustvari stalno nekud penjete,,,,,uglavnom po brdima............</P><P>nesto sto je bitno za steper prilikom treninga je to da se nedrzis previse cvrsto za rucice stepera to jest da se ne oslanjate&nbsp;sto moze prouzrokovati&nbsp; smanjenje potrosnje kalorija i do 30%,,,,zatim nesto sto je pogresno nedovoljna amplituda pokreta nogu..........,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,</P><P>pravljenjem velikih koraka na steperu povecavate potrosnju kaloorija kao ivece angaziranje misica gluteusa i kvadricepsa....intervali na stepera su slicni kao i kod intervala za bicikl i svode se na promjene broja koraka i u minuti i otpora..........</P><P>znaci broj obrtaja na biciklu u minutu bio bi jednak broju koraka na steperu &nbsp;</P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by emilio</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=50">emilio</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 251<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2007 at 21:01<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;intervalni trening&nbsp; STATICNI BICIKL ILI ERGOCIKL........Najednostavnija kardio sprava,,,jako se brzo prilagodis,,netreba neka posebna tehnika....</P><P>poenta svega je da treniras sjedeci&nbsp; sto automatski znaci da nenosis tezinu svoga tijela na nogama sto nam daje to da je odmah i manji stres na koljenima u poredjenju sa stazom ili steperom...</P><P>jako bitno kod treniranja sa staticnim biciklom je da se vodi racuna o pravilnom(anatomskom) polozaju tijela prilikom treniranja da bi se izbjegli potencijalni problemi usled kompresije kicmenog stupa...............</P><P>uz zadnej vrijeme sve su popularniji postali bicikli sa sjedistem ili nesto poput sedla sa naslonjacem za kicmu kao i oslonecem za ruke uz ugradjen ventilator,,,cilj tih bicila je a se u prvom planu zastiti kicma,,,,,,</P><P>ugodjaj je jako dobar ,komfor bas onako AMERICKI&nbsp; (objasnjenje -Zasto Americki-----sretnem jednog prijatelja kojeg nisam vidio dugo i upitam ga -KAKO SI--a on ce ti meni---HVALA NA PITANJU&nbsp; AMERICKI----valjda to znaci super)........................</P><P>neka osnovna varijanta u treniranju bi bila da se otpor podesi na mali nivo i da se krene sa jedno 50-60 obrtaja u minutu nakon toga ide jedan minut sa 80-90 obrtaja a zatim jedan minut sporije.......</P><P>netko tko nije u formi mogao bi da pocne sa 5- 6 ovakvih ponavljanja a sa vremenom kad poboljsa formu da poveca i broj tih ponavljanja..kad dodjes u situaciju da osjetis da si povecao snagu i izdrzljivost misica moze se krenuti i sa povecavanjem otpora za jos veci intenzitet intervala,,</P><P>voznja staticnog bicikl opterecuje jako misice prednje strane ili kvadricepse narocito kad se povecava otpor ,,treba se dobro paziti da se nepretjerate u intenzitetu treninga sto moze dovesti do zamora i povecanja mlijecne kiseline u kvadricepsima... &nbsp;</P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by emilio</span>]]>
