Ali samo nakon toga !</P><P>Ne istezem se nikada prije, jer sam jedom tako ozlijedio listni misic desne noge i sepao dva mjeseca...Opcenito mislim da se treba izbjegavat istezanje hladnog,nezagrijanog misica.</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=7">Zoki</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2491<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2010 at 13:23<br /><br />Radite li vježbe istezanja i koje su to?<br><br>Kada ih obicno radite, koliko to traje .. podijelite iskustva s ostalima.<br>Osobno ih najcešce radim na kraju treninga, i vrlo sitno na pocetku treninga prije zagrijavanja.<br><br>Ovisno koji mišic taj dan radim, tako se fokusiram na istezanje na kraju treninga. Ako radim recimo prsa, onda primarno rastežem prsni mišic + sve okolne mišice. Tijekom treninga također znam sitno napraviti istezanje, no to je vrlo kratko.<br><br>Istezanje mi traje cca. 5 min i definitivno ga odrađujem na svakom treningu.
