    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2742">dejcy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2451<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2010 at 13:23<br /><br />Nisam se dugo javljala, ali sad sam tu, s rezultatima!  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br />Dakle, odrekla se kruha, osim ujutro ili popodne integralno pecivo, ovisi kako radim, tjesteninu jedem vrlo malo, krumpira također... U struku izgubila još 5cm, u prsima 3cm, u bokovima 6cm, te u bedrima 2cm. Mažem se nekom anticelulitnom kremom, pijem strašno puno vode, te sam neko vrijeme koristila herbafast, ali na kilaži nisam izgubila ništa, no to je totalno nebitno kad mi centimetri odlaze!!!  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> Struk ne vjerujem da mogu nešto previše stesati jer je dosta ravan, nema nikakve linije, no za sad sam i s ovim zadovoljna kakva sam bila!]]>

Kasnije integralno pecivo sa 2 landice purece i puno posnog i opet van brzi hod i sad mi je vrijeme rucka pa na posao.  za drugi međuobrok na poslu cu vjerojatno kakav posni s kriškom inetgralnog a za veceru dva tvrdo kuhana jaja sa salatom. jel to ok? opet veceras trcanje cca.40min. skinula sam 2kg i 2cm u struku, noge nisam mjerila.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br />Ipak cu u teretanu, valjda se promijenila tipica koja je tamo radila pa je sad ok da mi ova pokaže malo vježbe. da vas još pitam, mogu li uzeti kakav dodatak prehrani i koji?]]>
