Koje su najbolje namirnice za dorucak, za rucak i za veceru?<br>Najbolje vrjeme kada ih trebam unositi i kolicina? <br>Naravno ono kaj me najvise interesira jest nacin prehrane ak zelim skinuti visak kilograma kojeg ima u povecim kolicinama (visina š60, tezina 78kg).<br>Sto se tice nacina vezbanja koji ide paralelno sa ishranom postavicu temu u djelu foruma predvidjenom za to.<br>Hvala u naprijed.<br>]]>
