Ja sam studentica iz cakovca. Treniram crobic tri puta tjedno. Zanima me koje bi bile dobre vjezbe da izvodim na velikoj pilates lopti koju slucajno imam i ne koristim. :)&nbsp; Znaci, molila bih da mi napisete neki kratki opis par vjezbica ako tko zna.<br><br>Hvala unaprijed<br><br>Lijep pozdrav<br>]]>
