    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3943">mr. bungle</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2370<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2010 at 15:30<br /><br />zašto ne trening s težinama? pa, ne znam za neku teretanu u <br />mojoj blizini a i bivajuci studošem nažalost si zasad ne <br />mogu priuštit 250kn mjesecno za teretanu.<br />a sto se kilaze tice, izgleda da imam fakin' zensku <br />konstituciju - masti mi se ne taloze u skembu nego vise u <br />bokove i straznjicu pa bih se radije prvo rijesio toga a <br />onda kasnije eventualno napravio prijelaz na teretanu... <br />ima li to smisla? <br />e da, i hocu li uopce imat kakve koristi od wheya ako samo <br />dvaput tjedno imam te tkd treninge?]]>

Nemaš ti neku lošu kilažu....samo fali mišica.... tako da... zašto ne trening sa težinama?<br><br><br>]]>

Nov sam u cijelom konceptu pravilne <br />prehrane pa cituckam ovaj forum u nadi da cu pokupiti <br />neke dobre navike od provjerenih izvora :) <br />e sad, receno mi je da bi tkd daleko više bio za defku <br />nego nego ozbiljno nabacivanje mase što mi trenutno <br />odgovara jer bi se htio sa svojih 83kg na š85 cm spustiti <br />na malo prihvatljiviju težinu pa me zanima - u dosta <br />postova sam vidio kak se naglašava važnost unosa UH <br />poslije treninga, no što ako imam trening do š0 navecer? <br />U pravilu tamanim proteine što više mogu - posni, tuna, <br />piletina, jaja, itd; a jedini uh obrok mi je ujutro <br />(zobene+ malo mlijeka i banana). dakle, ima li smisla <br />uzimati uh tako kasno il da se i dalje držim š00g posnog <br />sira prije spavanja? <br />Unaprijed hvala :) ]]>
