Ukoliko to kombiniraš s drugim vježbicama, tu onda treba malo pripazit na redoslijed vježbanja određenih mišicnih skupina kako bi im omogucili dovoljno odmora. Tako da to pravilo svaki dan ovisi o par stvari <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P><P>Ali ako radiš crobno, tih 30 min su ona donja granica koju moraš prijeci.
