Htjela bi se udebljati . Rekla sam joj da je još u fazi rasta i razvoja i da vjerojatno njena prehrana "ide" u visinu a da je moguce da ce se popuniti pred kraj rasta.  <br />Mislim i to da ona ne treba neku pojacanu prehranu ( ne bavi se sportom) osim što jede ono uobicajeno . Hranimo se pravilno, mediteranskom kuhinjom, maslinovim uljem, ribom, kuhanim i svježim povrcem, mahunarkama..<br /> Preporucila sam joj rano ujutro zobene pahuljice na mlijeku i voce, u školi  no pecivo i jogurt, rucak koji ima doma, voce i lagana vecera ...<br /> Ima li još nešto što ne znam a da joj preporucim..??<br />je li dovoljno rekreativno rolanje, bicikl ili neki drugi sport...Mislim da se nešto zainteresirala za ženski boks..(  ne za natjecanje nego samo za cupkanje preko konopa u dvorani i treniranje pokreta..)<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Maslina</span>]]>

Pa da krenemo,<SPAN =post>znaci ovo je prehrana za&nbsp;curu( ja sam&nbsp;musko :)&nbsp;&nbsp;koja zeli skinuti masno tkivo, najvise oko trbuha. PA joj slozio nesto, bio bih zahvalan ako netko to moze prokomentirati. Inace odmah cu reci jelovnik nije nis posebno jer ona jednostavno ne stigne jesti, i da, ima problem da je ovisnica o slatkom. To sam probao rijesit da joj dam da prva 2 tjedna jede neku cokoladicu oko 3 puta tjedno, tada smanjuje na 2 puta tjedno itd. Jel valja ta metoda? Jer nema sanse da odmah izbaci sav junk, evo prehrana: <BR><BR>TRENING DAN <BR>8 h zeleni caj, nakon njega trening 20 minuta bicikl i 20 minuta vijaca (ima problema sa koljenom pa ne moze na bajsu cijelo vrijeme) na prazan zeludac <BR>9 h sendvic / zobene + neka vocka( ne banana) <BR>Neka cokoladica ili nes slatko( u manjim kolicinama) ( 3 puta tjedno) <BR>š3 h š50 grama mesa + š00 grama rize ili pirea + salata + neka vocka <BR>š7 h 4 cijela jaja, ili oko š50 grama mesa ili konzerva tune + salata <BR>22 h š50 grama posnog sira + 2 velike zlice malsinovog( moze i šaka badema ili oraha) <BR><BR>* trening je 4 puta tjedno <BR><BR>SLOBODAN DAN <BR>9 h sendvic ili zobene + neka vocka <BR>š3 h š50 grama mesa + š00 grama rize ili pirea + salata + neka vocka <BR>š7 h 4 cijela jaja ili oko š50 grama mesa ili konzerva tune + salata <BR>22 h š50 grama posnog sira + 2 velike zlice malsinovog( moze i šaka badema ili oraha) <BR><BR>Hvala na pomoci <DIV style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: bottom"><BR><BR></DIV></SPAN>]]>
