    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3530">addyy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2350<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2010 at 18:44<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;pa radi hehe,al u ovom slucaju se radi neki crossfit treninzi tipa "FRAN", "ELIZABETH", "filthy FIFTY" i tako ti treninzi koji rade na izdrzljivosti odnosno kondiciji i snaznoj izdrzljivosti, dok taj trening snage je kombinacija jedan dan&nbsp; crossfit,drugi dan prednji cucanj i bench, pa dan pauze pa crossfit pa dan vratilo sa opterecenjme i deadlift.</P><P>Mislim htio sam pitati jel puno to sve, jel treba sta mijenjati&nbsp;i jel dovoljan dan pauze i nakon koliko bi se trebalo mijenjati plan da nedodje do zasicenosti, al ipak crossfit se stalno mijenja, jer je trening&nbsp;za&nbsp;citavo tijelo. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
