Željela bih vratiti se na staro. Krenula sam od prehrane i to ide. Polako se tope kilogrami,..ali htjela bih vježbati! Međutim, kako nikada prije nisam imala problema s kilažom nisam ni išla u teratanu vec sam samo trcala rekreacijski neznam kako to ide.. <br>Sada sam kupila spravu multigym(gornji i donji dio tijela-ruke,ramena, noge) i željela bih vježbati međutim ne znam kako krenuti. Koliko dnevno, tjedno... ?! <br>Unaprijed hvala<br>]]>
