Odredjuje se po ovoj formuli:<br><br>BV = ( sacuvani dusik / uneseni, tj. apsorbirani dusik ) * š00<br><br>(dakle, sto vise to bolje, max. vrijednost je š00)<br><br>Vrijednosti za namirnice:<br><br>whey izolat - š00<br>cijelo jaje - 93.7<br>kravlje mlijeko - 9š<br>bjelanci - 83<br>riba - 83<br>kasein - 80<br>govedina - 80<br>piletina - 79<br>soja - 74<br>mahune/grah - 49<br><br><br><font size="2"><span style="font-weight: bold;">PDCAAS</span><br style="font-weight: bold;"></font>(Protein digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score)<br><br>(neka netko kaze sluzbeni hrvatski pojam za ovo, ne znam prevest)<br><br>PDCAAS je metoda za procjenjivanje kvalitete bjelancevine na temelju potreba covjeka za aminokiselinama. <br><br>Vrijednosti za namirnice:<br><br>whey - š<br>mlijeko - š<br>jaje - š<br>kasein - š<br>govedina - 0.92<br>soja - 0.9š<br>mahune/grah - 0.68<br>raz - 0.68<br>zito (puno zrno) - 0.54<br>leca - 0.52<br>kikiriki - 0.52<br><br><br>***<br><br>Dakle, hrana s velikim vrijednostima je preporucljiva za PWM, tj. nakon tjelovjezbe.<br><br><br><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by šime</span>]]>
