Tome bi moglo pomoci jacanje vratnih mišica ali tu se nebih  usudio previše predlagati, ova vježba koju ti je trener dao je ok jer ne opeterecuje vrat a jaca trapezius koji ti se proteže sa gornjeg djela leđa prema vratu (gdje si navela da imaš bolove)!<br /><br />Ostale tipicne vježbe vjerujem možeš slobodno raditi&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

   <title>Vratna kralježnica : Pozz ekipa! Nakon dugo godina...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3815">_Iva_</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2289<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2010 at 10:19<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Pozz ekipa!</P><P>Nakon dugo godina sjedenja i nikakvog vježbana ( uf što je ovo gadno za cuti <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">&nbsp;) krenula sam u teretanu. </P><P>Jucer mi je bio prvi put i uglavnom se svodilo na objašnjavanje sprava od strane trenera i nešto malo probavanje istih. Međutim, imam strah od vježbanja zbog problema sa vratnom kralježnicom. Naime imam LORDOZU odnosno izravnanje vratne kralježnice tako da imam bolove u vratu ali se oni također protežu i na leđne mišice. </P><P>To sam i rekla treneru i on mi je rekao da slobodno mogu vježbati te mi je pokazao neke vježbe. Nije da ne vjerujem u to nego bi htjela pitati i za drugo mišljenje.</P><P>Znaci preporucio mi je da vježbam s malim utezima stojeci tako da leđa budu ravna a glava sagnuta prema dolje te u rukama držim male bucice i podižem ramena prema glavi.</P><P>S tim još vježba na klupi - podizanje iza i ispred leđa... oprostite ne znam strucni naziv te vježbe ni sprave... to još sve moram nauciti<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"></P><P>Eto to bi bilo to, pa molim da mi netko odgovori što napraviti ili ako netko ima slicnih problema da mi kaže koje on vježbe koristi.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Hvala</P>]]>
