    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1171">beckerica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2274<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2010 at 14:15<br /><br />eh, moram vas razocarati- maya radi po nivoima! tako da ako vidi da možeš napraviti 50 sklekova, 50 trbušnjaka, 50 cucnjeva- za vas ce napraviti puno više ponavljanja i serija, puno teže stvari cete raditi i ostalo... ja sam teška pocetnica tako da meni daje lagane vježbe, a opet me na kraju uspije oznojiti.<br /><br />s tim da odmah na pocetku imate meni koji birate što želite vježbati taj dan:<br /><br />-upper body<br />-core body<br />-lower body<br />-flexibility<br />-weight loss<br />-cardio<br /><br />predobra mi je  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0"> ]]>
