Ja sam mislila <br />ujutro(meni je jutro oko podneva <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ) jer posto se bojim <br />da ne izgubim na kilazi to nekak logicno jer ono, odem na <br />trening nakon dorucka i onda poslije treninga imam jos par <br />obroka u tom danu.<br /><br />Sto vi mislite?]]>

Naime, ja sam prilicno mrsava, visoka š75 i <br />55kg, ali sva sam sitna pa ono izgledam u principu <br />skladno. Takvo je stanje od moje š5 godine (sada 2š) i <br />tezina mi varira ono kila gore ili dolje, ali relativno <br />je uvijek ovakva.<br /><br />Ne bavim se apsolutno nicime osim sta spavam i ucim, <br />vikendom van i to bi bilo to. Dakle, fizickih aktivnosti <br />nula. Pa sam se odlucila upisati u teretanu. E sada, <br />moram priznati da me malo strah teretane jer vecina ljudi <br />(bar za koje sam ja cula) to karakterizira kao automatsko <br />gubljenje kila. Mene je toga panicno strah jer si ja to <br />ne smijem dozvoliti. Jedino sto zelim je u biti <br />definirati tijelo i da mi se misici probude. <br /><br />Prvi dan mi je trener u teretani pokazao sve vjezbe za <br />dijelove tijela koje sam ja rekla da bi voljela misice <br />malo aktivirati (noge, ruke, guza, trbuh) i bilo je <br />uzasno iscrpno i danas evo umirem od bolova. <br /><br />Ali i dalje me muci, da li je teretana pravi izbor za <br />mene i ako nije, sto je onda? <br /><br />Hvala! :)]]>
