Tako sam najsigurnija da ce se potrositi. <br>Inace takodjer jedem zobene, ali imam srecu da su mi fine pa uzivam u tom obroku. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/eat.gif" border="0"><br>Dobro je u njih staviti i malo cimeta za bolji okus - mali savjet za one kojima su bljak <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"><br></td></tr></table> <br><br>zato jer me bas briga kako ce se to odraziti na moj izgled,uostalom dajem si oduska i gusta jer za koji mjesec ide stroga dijeta.Trudim se iz ciste hrane unjeti cca 500g prot. isto toliko uh,cak i vise..brdo masti (laneno,riblje,ovo-ono..) uglavnom volim tijekom dana ukljuciti sve 3-6-9 omega masti.A ovaj junk uzimam i kao laganu kalorijsku potporu.pizza,burek,cevapi,cokolade,sladoledi ..ma sve ..<br>]]>
