I ja imam osjecaj da su mi zbog trapeza ramena nekako spustena a to mi se ne svidja, ali sad nakon ovih vjezbi koje ste stavili tu to cu malo po malo ispravit, a trapez necu ni radit mozda samo malo! <br>Hvala puno na informacijama <br>]]>

Laktovi skoro pa ispruzeni, nikako pod pravim kutom s nadlakticom. </P><P><BR>3-4 serije , optimalno 6-8 ponavljanja, jedanput tjedno. Jaki trapez mi daje vizualni izgled "spustenih" ramena, a ja bi htio upravo suprotno. Zanima me da li jacanje latova utjece na vizualni izgled leda, tj. ramena. Uprincipu htio bih imati&nbsp;siroka ramena, kakva plivaci imaju, al imam osjecaj da jacanjem gornjeg trapeza&nbsp;ramena&nbsp;poprimaju oblik spustenosti.
