    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2873">marko2112</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2126<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2010 at 20:56<br /><br />&nbsp;Zdravo 5 mjeseci idem u teretanu,radim na masi u zadnja 4 mjeseca dobio sam 6kg,imam š92cm a tezak sam š0škg,netko bi po tome reka da sam mastan ili pretil ali to nije istina ramena i prsa su mi prosjek mogu stavit i tjelesne porporcije(prsaš06cm,struk94cm,bokoviš09cm biceps-napet37cm,kvadriceps65cm),glavni dio moje tezine je u misicima gluteus i qadriceps imam jake bokove,zbog toga sam jedno vrijeme izbjegava radit noge,pa su mi svi savjetovali da to nevalja da mogu samo napravit gore,tj da noge treba uvjek raditi radi tjela i izgleda.Moje pitanje je sada kako cu sada radeci masu izbjeci da nabildam noge(zelim ih samo ucvrstiti s time da ne utjecem negativno na gornji dio tjela),zbog toga jer su mi noge dovoljno jake i ne trebaju masu.Dali bi bilo dobro da radim nogama definicijski trening ili kardio?Bili to smetalo drugim misicima gdje radim masu?I molio bi ako tko ima volje da mi postavi program vezi ove teme za 3 dana.<br>]]>
