On vec napeti organizam cini dodatno napetijim, onda možda bolje da izbjegavaš crnu kavu ako si vidjela da ti smeta.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />]]>

Ali, oni mogu i u međuobrok npr. malo žitarica s light jogurtom.<br />Povrce koje bi ti moglo biti od pomoci je CIKLA, također provjereno vraca energiju, a dobra je i kod slabokrvnosti.<br /><br /><br />Nadam se da ce biti od pomoci. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Kate</span>]]>
