    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3497">soner_9393</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2108<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2010 at 09:05<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;evo prije 2 tjedna poceo sam s kruznim treningom pa me zanima jel ima smisla raditi po ovom programu koji sam sastavio <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"></P><P>cucanj</P><P>potisak s klupe bucicama</P><P>vucenje na lat masini</P><P>trbusnjaci</P><P>biceps pregib sipkom</P><P>opruzanje tricepsa na sajli</P><P>-izmedu vjezbi je odmor š5 sec,a nakon zavrsenog ciklusa 2-3 min</P><P>-napravim 6-7 ciklusa po treningu</P><P>-isti trening radim pon,sri,pet eventualno zamjenim neke vjezbe sa slicnima</P>]]>
