    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 210<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 12:34<br /><br />Serije i ponavljanja ti ovise o tome sto ti zelis postic, obicno se za dobivanje mase rade serije sa manje ponavljanja , a za smrsavit vise serija i vise ponavljanja ali sve to ovisi o tvojim ciljevima!<br><br>Ma to se na pocetku racuna vise kao zagrijavanje ali naravno da je to i kardio ja osobno isto tako radim na pocetku i na kraju traka ili bicikla ili orbitrek ili veslac, ne radim nikad isto na pocetku i kraju nego recimo na pocetku napravim 8-š0 min biciklu a na kraju 8-š0 min traku i tako to!<br><br>Ja inace radim samo toliko kardia u teretani, a inace jedino trcim po vani pa mi je to kardio trening!<br>]]>
