    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3541">martyL</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2060<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2010 at 12:26<br /><br />&nbsp; A joj glava me zabolila...od jaja,mlijeka..samo brašno fali za palacinke...šalim se.<br>Definitivno idealan PWM (ODMAH NAKON TRENINGA unutrar 20 min)-(SAM ME ZANIMA TKO JOS SIROVA JAJCA RAZBIJA PO TERETANI??) je izolat whey proteina,kombinacija maltodekstrina i dekstroze (naravno sve u gramaži koja odgovara&nbsp; doticnom vježbacu)..whey definitivno samo sa vodom i nikako drugacije..ima raznih kombinacija uz whey..mogu cak i gumeni medvjedici haribo bez masnoce..ali sto treba racunati kolikcinu UGH u njima..<br>Orašati plodici dolaze u obzir jedino nakon treninga ako ste na nekoj vrsti masne dijete..<br>A što se tice voca banana nije idealan izbor,ali prolazi..može jabuka,kruškica..<br>Uglavnom zgodna tema za raspravu..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"><br><br>]]>
