   <title>velike promijene : Nemoj sad mislit da ces neznam...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=134">Ive_ri</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 206<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 18:22<br /><br />Nemoj sad mislit da ces neznam kako brzo napravit velike rezultate, ovisi sve i o tome koliko si trenirao prije te pauze od 2 mjeseca, jer poznato je da misici imaju nekakvu moglo bi se reci "memoriju" pa se oni puno brze "vrate" ako si prije dugorocno trenirao nego ako sad tek pocinjes pa ih gradis sve otpocetka!<br><br>To sto si prije trenirao svakako je pozitivno, samo pomalo&nbsp; i vidjet ce se rezultati, naravno pazi cim vise na prehranu imas tu na webu i na forumu dosta toga o pravilnoj prehrani pa si malo procitaj, jer dodaci prehrani i jesu samo dodaci nemoj mislit da ces zbog toga sto pijes taj gain fast puno napredovat bez pravilne prehrane neces nista postic, tj. postic ces puno manje nego sto bi kad bi se pravilno hranio!!<br><br>Ajde pomalo uzivaj u treningu i sretno<br>]]>

   <title>velike promijene : Poceo sam trenirati prije tjedan...</title>
