Tijekom rucka ubaci ipak malo integralne rize.. jer ovo ti je malo ugljikohirata.. Slauf pada zadnji.. znaci vec ces biti cijeli izdefiniran kad ces skidat zadnji dio masnoca sa trbuha.. Samo ancrobni trening velikog intenziteta uz tako sredjenu prehranu ce t pomoci.. Ubaci malo svjezeg sira navecer radije..     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2056<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2010 at 18:14<br /><br />&nbsp;Pozdrav raja,po ko zna koji put sa novom temom o prehrani i kako dostici cilj regulisanom prehranom...<br>Moj problem: skinuo sam dosta kila, nekih šš kg, i ljudi se iznenadjuju kad vide kako sam smrsao, vanjski sa odjecom preko se nikada ne bi reklo da sam debeo, ali: podginem li majicu, "posjedujem" pozamasan slauf oko stomaka i sa strane na bokovima :) Sad je pitanje kako ga najbolje skinuti totalno, a spreman sam sve uciniti, sebi sam osmislio mali program prehrane i vjezbe da i ovo krajnje sa stomaka skinem:<br>PREHRANA<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">dorucak</span>: pomjesam sebi par kasika zobenih zitarica bez secera, kukurznih isto tako, stavim par grozdjica i uribam sebi u to neko voce, npr. jabuku ili kivi i zalijem sve sa polumasnim mlijekom š,5% m.m.<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">medjuobrok:</span> neka vocka, naranca,jabuka,kivi,banana npr.<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">rucak</span>: tanjir pun povrca bez ikakvih primjesa,sosova ili ulja, sa malo nekog mesa: npr. piletina,puretina,riba itd...<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">medjuobrok:</span> dva kuhana jaja<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">poslije treninga:</span> popijem proteinski shake, koji sadrzi i minerale,L-carnitin itd...<br><br>Sto se tice TRENINGA, 3 puta sedmicno idem sam na plivanje a jednom na napredni kurs plivanja koji sam upisao...<br><br>Problem je taj sto ja apsolutno ne primjetim napredak, u smislu da nisam izgubio nimalo stomaka i da vaga pokazuje istu poziciju vec 4-5 sedmica...<br><br>U cemu je problem???<br>Molim za pomoc<br>hvala<br>]]>
