To ,međutim,osim samog volumena, odn.&nbsp;inteziteta i trajanja treninga&nbsp;opet zavisi i kad je bio obrok prije treninga i kakav je bio sastavom. Naravno da ako je prošlo 5 sati ili više od prijašnjeg obroka katabolizam je vrlo vjerojatan. Onda popiješ i prije treninga whey, odn tokom treninga. Tu je dobro kao suplementaciju ubaciti&nbsp; aminokiseline jer ne opterecuju probavni sustav, a znamo da ga tokom ili netom prije treninga nije dobro opterecivat. L-glutamin je odlican izbor jer efikasno sprjecava katabolizam.</P>]]>
